COOLING:
The product is cooled by a precisely controlled air flow pattern that maintains 38ﾺ to 40ﾺF within the cabinet, even with the customer side open and fully accessible for self-service.
REFRIGERATION:
The refrigeration system is self-contained, thermostatically controlled and efficient in operation. Defrost is automatic and uses hot return gas to melt ice off of the evaporator coil. An electric condensate evaporator is also provided. The refrigeration type is R-134a (Model RMDC-48H only) and type R-22 (all other models).
CAPACITY:
Series RMDC Cabinets are available in four standard lengths. The 56" and 83" long models accommodate standard 18" x 26" sheet pans (two or three per shelf, respectively). The 48" and 72" long models display a variety of product sizes, with or without sheet pans.
Three adjustable display shelves are provided. The fixed stainless steel shelf at the interior bottom provides additional display area.

- Stainless steel tray slide on customer end (31-5/8" A.F.F.).
- Fluorescent light under tray slide.
- Lockable lift-off plexiglas night cover.
- 5" diameter casters in lieu of bullet feet.
